Founded in 2021 Veteran Packaging Company is led by President Bruce Smith, US Army Reserve Retired (COL) with more than 30 years of military experience in global logistics, leadership and management. Having served in three wars Bruce has been known for his servant leadership. Bruce First, served in a tank brigade with 2nd Armored Division (“Hell on Wheels”) during Desert Storm in 1991, he then served in Iraq as a military police officer stationed in Baghdad in 2004. Finally, he served as a Logistics Officer in Kabul Afghanistan in 2011. Bruce retired from the military in 2015.
Bruce has been in the packaging business for over 25 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bloomsburg University and a graduate level certification in Supply Chain management from Penn State University.
